We work with b2b (business to business) large scale auction houses that buy preowned luxury items from consignors, often times in bulk. They then professionally authenticate them and resale. Because they buy in bulk, they are able to pass savings on. This allows us to sell at the most competitive prices.

Are your products authentic?
La Collection Élégance values integrity and we do not condone the sale of replica items. La Collection Élégance only sells authentic items.
How do I know my item is authentic?
La Collection Élégance verifies all items prior to purchase through professional authenticators. Items are inspected thoroughly before giving their professional opinion. Following inspection, a certificate of authenticity is provided which is then included with each purchase. This process allows all customers to shop worry free.
We do offer a money back guarantee on any item which authenticity has been questioned. Alternative documents from a professional authenticator should be presented and include specific reasons why items are deemed not authentic. We ask that we are notified within 30 days in order for us to honour this agreement. La Collection Élégance provides authentication certificates, therefore rest assured that we take authenticity seriously and have chosen authenticators who have extensive knowledge of all brands.
How long will it take to process my order?
La Collection Élégance will process all orders within 1-3 days (excluding holidays). Tracking information will be provided once available- this usually takes 24 hours to be viewable. There is no shipping on holidays or Sundays. Please expect a slight delay to shipping around holidays and sale times.
